Walk into the "oil village" to guest "zero emissions" by Double
As we all know, oil and gas field development and environmental protection has always been a contradiction. There is a Zhoucheng village in southwest corner of Qintong town, East Branch Oil Production Plant set up a Zhoucheng combination station in here with the advanced level. The local farmers call it "oil village." There are more than 100 water and oil wells, crude oil production exceeded 320 tons. East Branch Oil Production Plant's director Wu Zhiliang has deep feelings: In the past, oil and gas management is extensive, as long as has more oil production, ignoring the surrounding environment. Testing new oil wells, they dug several soil crude oil pool to store oil, field's waste water, waste gas were basical a straight row. When workover, oil will be too easy to do a floor. Each year, thousands of tons of "landing crude oil" have become the favourite of local farmers. Once many small boilers, refining soil workshop emerged surrounding the oil fields, beautiful rivers and lakes become the hardest hit by environmental pollution. So the leadership of Oil Production Plant determined: To protect the ecological environment of rivers and lakes, we must start the meticulous management from the source of crude oil production.
Staff led us to board the second floor of oilfield wastewater treatment center platform, pointing to several sewage treatment pond, told reporters: crude oil through the pipeline, from oil well get into the joint station. Due to pipeline transportation of crude oil contains large amounts of ground water and carbon dioxide gas, they need three phase separator to be separated. Separated into commodities crude oil was stored in tanks. And waste water because it contains traces of oil, in order to protect the ecological environment it can not be directly discharged groundwater and re-injection. Therefore, it uses advanced biological wastewater purification technology respectively of primary, secondary purification, to reach A1 level and then reinjected into the water level underground. The isolated purified and compressed carbon dioxide gas after being treatment, will inject for to underground for the drive oil production, and ultimately oil production achieved "zero waste discharge." In order to don't leave any waste to air, water and soil behind, all these years workover construction in here, have used the advanced technology of hydraulic blowout preventer, widely laying plastic impermeable membrane operations, strictly prevent oil penetration into the ground. The mixture of crude oil and other organic pollution, is sent to the silt, sediment oil treatment station. In the sediment and oil plant, the reporter had seen the new process to efficient separate oil sediment. The process is mechanical, physical, chemical, integrated washing technique, respectively, to achieve primary separation of waste and cleaning, homogeneous separation, recycling the oil slick. The being treatment silt will be used to earth backfill to pave the way for oil well site, not only to achieve "zero emissions", and forming a virtuous circle.
