Mexican Riviera Cruises - Ideal Choice For Your Upcoming Holiday Getaway
There's one specific cruising destination which due to its proximity, reasonably priced deals and exciting stops is a "must consider" for any cruise enthusiast. It is, of course, Mexico, and the specific route is down the Pacific seacoast of this wonderful country. A different name for this particular part of the world is Mexican Riviera. Holiday cruise journeys here are typically favored for their fabulous landscapes, diverse wildlife and a large number of traditional and cultural monuments and places of interest. Mexican Riviera cruises will fascinate not only the fans of the outdoors but if you're after a lazy and enjoyable holiday on the beach or searching for exciting fun-based activities - you will not be disappointed with your choice.
Cruise trips to Mexican Riviera normally begin either in San Diego or Los Angeles. In the event you haven’t been there before here’s a great idea for you: arrive a few days earlier or lengthen your vacation by a few days at the end of the cruise and spend time in either one of these main California metropolitan areas. And there's no lack of what to see. San Diego has its own famous zoo park, sea world and historic Gaslamp Quarter. Then you can also unwind in Balboa Park or Japanese Tea Garden. Los Angeles, of course, is the center of the film industry. Visit Hollywood to see the stars of famous actors on the Walk of Fame. Additionally there is famous Venice beach and Santa Monica.
Now, about the actual route and several of the places that you will visit.
Acapulco is a port city on the Pacific Ocean. Famous Costa Miguel Aleman Boulevard boasts a lots of retail stores dining establishments, cafes, night clubs and other entertainment venues. Amongst historic tourist destinations are the cultural center and a museum of history.
La Paz is located at the bottom of the California Peninsula that is characterized by rocky desert and panoramic coastline. There is a lot of lodging and entertainment options. It is also a good location for those who enjoy an active type of a vacation.
Puerto Vallarta is a romantic area on the coast of Mexican Riviera. It is a great place for a relaxing getaway. Most of the beaches are situated in the north section of the city, the south area boasts a number of smaller coves and lagoons and is great for diving and snorkeling.
Ensenada borders the desert, mountain ranges and ocean. It was founded in the 17th century by Spanish missionaries. These days it is a busy port.
Mazatlan is located in the location where the Pacific Ocean borders the Sea of Cortez. There are numerous beach fronts, cafes and restaurants. The neighboring islands are great for sports activities.
The best time of the year for Mexican Riviera cruises is from November to May.
